What Is the Workstation
Ergonomics Programme?
Unlike basic furniture adjustments, AnjouHealth's Workstation Ergonomics Programme takes a comprehensive, evidence-based approach, combining detailed workstation assessments, personalised ergonomic coaching, physiotherapy expertise, and structured exercise interventions to deliver lasting improvements in employee health and comfort.
Under Singapore's WSH Act and MOM guidelines, employers have a duty to manage ergonomic risks across all work activities. For office-based roles, this means addressing sedentary behaviour, poor posture, and inadequately set-up workstations before they result in musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs), lost productivity, or prolonged sick leave.
This programme is right for your organisation
if you have:
- Desk-based or hybrid employees with sedentary, screen-intensive roles
- Workers reporting recurring neck, back, wrist, or shoulder pain
- Non-standardised home office or remote work setups
- A history of MSD complaints, sick leave, or reduced productivity
- BizSAFE, ISO 45001, or MOM compliance requirements
- Employees returning to work after musculoskeletal injury
- Technology, finance, healthcare, or corporate office environments
- Manufacturing or industrial supervisory and admin staff

Our 4-Module Programme
A structured, evidence-based approach that addresses ergonomic risk at every level, from workstation setup to individual recovery.
Workstation Assessment
Module 1: Workstation Ergonomics Assessment
Our trained ergonomics specialists conduct detailed on-site assessments using customised video analysis to evaluate employee posture, movement patterns, and workstation setup. This identifies early signs of musculoskeletal strain and poor ergonomic configuration before injuries develop.
Personalised Review
Module 2: Personalised Ergonomic Review & Workstation Adjustments
Each assessed employee receives a one-on-one ergonomic consultation to improve their posture and optimise their workstation setup. Adjustments are tailored to the individual's role, movement habits, and ergonomic risk profile — including seating posture corrections and equipment recommendations such as footrests, monitor arms, and keyboard positioning.
Workshops & Exercise
Module 3: Ergonomics Workshops & Exercise Programmes
Employees who require further support participate in physiotherapist-led ergonomics training workshops and guided exercise programmes. Sessions focus on posture correction, mobility, and strengthening to help prevent work-related MSDs — and empower employees to self-manage ergonomic risks on an ongoing basis.
Onsite Physiotherapy
Module 4: Onsite Physiotherapy Consultation & Treatment
Employees experiencing chronic posture-related pain or musculoskeletal disorders receive personalised onsite physiotherapy assessment and treatment. Our physiotherapists support recovery, reduce discomfort, and develop long-term management plans to prevent recurrence and support a safe return to full productivity.

What Our Clients Say
Hear directly from the people who've experienced our programme firsthand.
I have some knee injuries myself. So, I find that the physiotherapy consultations are quite helpful. It teaches me which type of support I need in different situations to protect my knees. I feel that it is helpful to us.
The safety campaign was highly effective in educating employees through interactive and engaging activities. Employees were more engaged, retained key safety practices better, and felt more confident applying them in their daily work.
The campaign itself is a really useful campaign. I really enjoy playing around and finding out more — and it's something that I am curious to find out more about. There were good learning points I wasn't aware of before.
