WSH Officer registration is a personal qualification held by an individual, not the company delivering your programme. Higher-risk workplaces such as construction sites, shipyards, and large factories must have a registered WSH Officer once project value, workforce size, or risk level crosses MOM's thresholds; for construction, this typically applies once project value exceeds roughly $10 million (MOM).
To register, an individual must be at least 21, hold minimum qualifications plus a prescribed WSH course, have at least 2 years of relevant experience, and register with MOM for a $110 fee, valid for 2 years and then renewed.
